Shipping Methods

We use Standard Shipping option for most orders. Item will be delivered within 5-8 business days (for US domestic) and 7-14 business days (for international) after production is completed. 

We also have 2 options for Expedited Shipping:

  • Fast Shipping: The item will be delivered within 3-5 business days after production is completed. This item cannot be shipped to a Po Box.
  • 2-DAY Shipping: The item will be delivered within 2 business days after production is completed. This item cannot be shipped to a Po Box.

Expedited Shipping is now available for Mug and Apparel (T-shirt, Hoodie,…) orders within US domestic. 


 

Customer Responsibility for Shipping Address & Failed Delivery (CRITICAL)

🛑 ATTENTION: All our products are Made-on-Demand, Personalized, and have NO Restock/Resale Value.

  1. Address Accuracy is Customer’s Responsibility:

    • It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate, complete, and accessible for delivery (including apartment, building, floor, or unit numbers).

    • Please carefully review your Order Confirmation email, which indicates your final shipping address. Any address errors must be reported to us via [Your Contact Method, e.g., email/support ticket] within 24 hours of placing your order.

  2. Consequences of Unsuccessful Delivery due to Incorrect Address:

    • If a package is deemed undeliverable, rejected, or returned to our warehouse by the courier due to an incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible address provided by the customer:

      • No Refund Policy: We will not issue a refund for the original order or shipping costs.

      • Item Destruction: Due to the personalized nature and lack of resale value, the logistics company or our warehouse reserves the right to destroy the returned or undeliverable item(s). We cannot guarantee recovery of the original product.

      • No Reshipment Arrangement: We do not offer automatic reshipment as it incurs high labor and material costs for personalized goods.

  3. Requesting a New Item (Re-made Cost):

    • If your order was destroyed following a failed delivery due to a customer-provided address error, but you still want the product, we can remake your order upon request.

    • The customer will be required to cover the (Re-made Cost and shipping) fee, which varies based on the product(s) purchased. This covers the cost of producing a new item and shipping it to the corrected address.


 

General Shipping Notes

  • Tracking: A tracking will be emailed to your email when your order is prepared to be dispatched so you can track it all the way to your house.

  • PO Box Delivery: For orders delivered at the PO box, please include the zip code plus 4 or 5-digit in your order shipping address. Expedited Shipping options are not available for PO Box addresses.

  • Contact for Delays: More than 97% of packages will arrive on schedule. However, there are occasional instances where a delay in delivery time is caused by severe weather conditions, foreign customs, or an incorrect address. Do not hesitate to contact us if you find yourself in this situation.

  • Delivery Issues: If you did not receive your package as promptly as our website stated, and the delay is not due to a customer address error (see section above), we will consider a RESEND OR REFUND per your asking. Please email us at cs@levipop.com and we’ll make it right!

  • Modification Requests: Send your request to the Modify or Cancel Order Center if you’d like express shipping. For modification orders, the production time is expanded 1-2 days.

  • International Deliveries: Delays may occur as a result of customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely, and some countries don’t charge import fees for shipments but some others will. Tax is not included in the price on our website, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which is determined by your local customs office.
