The warranty policy is applicable only once per order.

The following factors may hinder your full refund or replacement:

  • Time Limit: Asking for a refund post the 30-day warranty period.

  • Buyer’s Remorse: Decision change (e.g., you simply no longer want it).

  • Customer Modifications: Seeking alterations to the item received after delivery.

  • Mishandling: Damage due to customer mishandling or offering inaccurate details (e.g., incorrect custom name, hair color).

  • Design Accuracy: Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their submitted designs. Claims of discrepancies without verifiable proof will fall under our policy for designs that exactly reflect the final product.

SPECIAL EXCLUSION: DTF Printing Products The one-year limited warranty does NOT include DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing products. Due to the nature of this printing method, we only offer the 30-Day Full Refund period for quality issues.


 

Requesting a Replacement for Failed Delivery

 

This section applies ONLY if your package was destroyed due to an incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible shipping address provided by the customer at checkout (as detailed in our Shipping Policy).

If your original item was destroyed following an unsuccessful delivery due to a customer-provided address error, but you still wish to receive the product, we can remake your order as a one-time arrangement.

  • The customer will be required to cover the (Re-made Cost and shipping) fee, which varies based on the product(s) purchased. This fee covers the cost of producing a new, personalized item and shipping it to the corrected address.


 

Order Cancellation

 

If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so before the item enters production.

  • In the event of an order cancellation where the item has not yet entered production, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee of USD $10 or 10% of the total order value, whichever is higher. This fee covers our operational costs to stop the production process.

Return & Refund Process

 

  • No Need to Return Policy: We offer a “No Need to Return” policy for select cases to save your valuable time and money. You are not required to physically return items. Simply provide detailed information and photos of the items you received to let us resolve your problem.

  • Refund Processing Time: Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to process to your initial payment method after a 3-day inspection period.

    • PayPal: 3 to 5 business days.

    • Credit card: Up to 10 business days.

 

Exchanges

 

  • All LEVIPOP products are custom-printed. To exchange for a different size or design, you are requested to cover the resend fee, which varies based on the product(s) purchased.
